NASA To Put A Quadruped On The Moon In 2009

Today NASA announced their plans to send a Quadruped to the Earth's only Moon in 2009. The primary focus of the mission will be for the Quadruped to create and establish a colony for The Simple Happy Association of Quadrupeds, otherwise known as the SHAQ.

SHAQ, becoming disenchanted over the years with the growth and exposure of both the WB Network and the CW Network, has decided to move it's operations elsewhere. NASA felt this was a prime opportunity to find out if a colony could be sustained on a planet other than Earth.

"The first Quadruped to be sent on the mission went through rigorous training over the last few months. What we found out during the training was how durable Quadrupeds really are compared to normal humans. We at NASA are almost 60% positive that they will be able to breathe on the Moon," stated Rick Donger, NASA Team Lead for space shuttle Creed IV.

Quadrupedalism (from Latin, meaning "four legs") is a form of land animal locomotion using four legs.
